$25 off your first order
*One all-inclusive price, if prescribed: your provider evaluation, ongoing care-team support, medication from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, and free shipping. Where a product comes in more than one strength or form, the price shown is the lowest; your price depends on the strength and form your provider prescribes. The $25 discount applies to a new patient's first order. Medication is provided only when a licensed provider determines it is appropriate after a telehealth evaluation.
Vitamin B12 is needed to make red blood cells, keep nerves healthy, and turn food into energy. Low levels are common in people who eat little animal protein, take certain acid-reducing or diabetes medications, or absorb B12 poorly with age. An injection delivers B12 straight into the tissue so it doesn't depend on absorption in the gut; your provider chooses between cyanocobalamin, the standard form, and methylcobalamin, the active form. A licensed provider reviews your history, and your labs if you have them, before prescribing.
Your plan is built around you: a personalized treatment plan from a licensed provider after a review of your health profile, your prescription shipped from a state-licensed pharmacy when appropriate, and unlimited messaging with your care team so you're supported throughout.
A vial of injectable vitamin B12 with syringes and alcohol swabs for at-home injections, plus dosing instructions from your provider. How long a kit lasts depends on the dose your provider sets.
You can cancel anytime from your online patient portal. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Canceling won't stop an order already sent to the pharmacy. If your order is still pending, contact support and we'll help.

A U.S.-licensed, board-certified physician reviews your intake and recommends a medication, if appropriate.*

Approved medications ship directly to your door in discreet packaging.

Your care team is available via chat any time for additional support. Video consults available.
*Some states may require a synchronous audio and/or video consultation prior to a prescription being approved.
Methylcobalamin is the active, ready-to-use form of vitamin B12. Cyanocobalamin, the form in most supplements, has to be converted in the body first. Your provider chooses the form that fits.
Vegetarians and vegans, adults over 50, people with digestive conditions such as celiac or Crohn's disease, and people taking metformin or long-term acid reducers. Symptoms of low B12 can include fatigue, brain fog, tingling in the hands or feet, and low mood.
Most plans start weekly, then space out once levels recover. Your provider sets the schedule and can adjust it based on how you feel and, when useful, follow-up labs.
B12 is generally well tolerated, but it isn't appropriate for everyone, including people with certain rare conditions or a cobalt allergy. A licensed provider reviews your history and medications before prescribing.
Side effects are uncommon and usually mild: soreness at the injection site, mild diarrhea, or a headache. Seek care right away for signs of an allergic reaction such as rash, swelling, or trouble breathing.
