PT-141, also called bremelanotide, is a peptide that acts on melanocortin receptors in the brain involved in sexual desire and arousal. That makes it different from sildenafil and tadalafil, which work on blood flow. The FDA-approved form (Vyleesi) is an injection for premenopausal women with low sexual desire; compounded PT-141 is prescribed off-label as a small injection under the skin for men and women. A licensed provider reviews your health, blood pressure, and medications before prescribing.
Your plan is built around you: a personalized treatment plan from a licensed provider after a review of your health profile, your prescription shipped from a state-licensed pharmacy when appropriate, and unlimited messaging with your care team so you're supported throughout.
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, and your care is handled privately through your patient portal.
You can cancel anytime from your online patient portal. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Canceling won't stop an order already sent to the pharmacy. If your order is still pending, contact support and we'll help.

A synthetic peptide (bremelanotide) that activates melanocortin receptors in the brain. Those receptors are part of the pathway involved in sexual desire and arousal. A provider may consider it when the concern is interest rather than physical response.
As a small injection under the skin of the abdomen or thigh, about 45 minutes to an hour before intimacy. It is used as needed, not daily. Your provider sets the dose, shows you how to inject, and tells you how often you can use it.
Sildenafil and tadalafil increase blood flow and need sexual stimulation to work. PT-141 works on the desire pathway rather than blood flow. Some people use it on its own; some use it alongside a PDE5 inhibitor under a provider's direction.
No. PT-141 can raise blood pressure for a few hours, so it isn't appropriate for people with uncontrolled high blood pressure or certain heart conditions. It is also not for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. A licensed provider reviews all of this before prescribing.
The most common are nausea, flushing, and headache, especially the first few times. Some people notice a temporary rise in blood pressure or darkening of skin spots with frequent use. Tell your provider about any reaction.
